Community Standards
The DustHaven staff team will always treat players with respect and kindness, including during disagreements, investigations, and enforcement decisions. We hold ourselves to that standard, and we require the same in return. This expectation applies to how everyone treats both staff and other players.
You are welcome to ask questions, disagree with a decision, offer criticism, or raise a concern. You are still expected to show basic human decency. Frustration does not excuse personal attacks, harassment, intimidation, or taking your anger out on someone else. An in-character conflict does not excuse mistreating the person behind the character.
These rules cannot account for every situation. Everyone is expected to act in good faith, respect the purpose of the rules, and consider the effect their behavior has on the community. Finding a gap or technical loophole does not make harmful, bad-faith behavior acceptable.
Staff may address conduct or repeated patterns that undermine fair play, the integrity of the server, or other players’ ability to participate, even when the exact situation is not listed. We will consider context, intent, patterns, impact, and good faith, and apply the published enforcement and appeals policy.
Anyone who cannot show basic human kindness to staff or other players is not welcome in DustHaven.
